My Avanti

To sign up for a My Avanti account you must be a minimum of 18 years old. You will need an email address which will form your username and you will be asked to create a password to login securely.

Policies and quotes will only be accessible to the policyholder and only the policyholder will be able to make changes to their policies.

Changes that can be made via My Avanti include:

• Travel date changes
• Destination changes
• Upgrading cover limits
• Adding additional cover options
• Updating the age of travellers
• Updating your telephone number, address and email address
• Renewing your policy
• Update marketing preferences 
• Opt out of auto renewal

Any IP addresses outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will restrict access and will ask you to call the Customer Service team to make changes to your policy.

Any changes made to a policy by you will be immediate and will be visible on selection of the ‘view my policy’ section. Any changes will be confirmed by email to the email address associated with the policy.

Any requests to change your policy via the ‘get in touch’ form must be verified by Avanti Travel Insurance with any additional premiums paid and new documents issued (if required) before they form part of the cover.

Avanti Vouchers

1. This voucher may be used to buy any new Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip Avanti Travel Insurance policy.
2. Vouchers may be used for full or part payment of a new travel insurance policy.
3. If your voucher value exceeds the cost of your new policy, any remaining credit will be saved on your Avanti account and may be redeemed at a later date.
4. Voucher is not refundable if lost or stolen.
5. Vouchers are not transferable and may not be sold on.
6. Vouchers are the property of Avanti Travel Insurance and have no cash value.
7. If a cancellation voucher has been issued but not used prior to the expiry of your voucher (36 months), we will apply an administration and maintenance fee which may be up to, but not exceeding the value of the voucher.

Discounts & Offers

Discounts

1. Discounts and cashback offers are available to customers who purchase a policy, as stated on promotional material.
2. Discount does not apply to medical screening costs or add-ons. New policies only. 
3. Policies can be bought over the phone or online
4. To qualify for the discount, customers must quote the campaign code at time of purchase.
5. Customers must refer to the promotional material for minimum spend, if applicable.
6. Customers must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates, if applicable.
7. The discount value is as stated on relevant promotional material.
8. No cash alternative will be given.
9. The offer cannot be redeemed against existing policies.
10. The discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. Using a discount offer in conjunction with third-party cashback requests will result in a cashback decline.
12. Any cashback requests or disputes can only be dealt with by the third-party that you have requested cashback from and not directly with Avanti Travel Insurance.
13. Avanti Travel Insurance reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Avanti Travel Insurance may also create rules which apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

January 2025 Holiday Prize Draw

1. Entrants must be (a) a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and, (b) over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. To enter the prize draw, you must buy or renew a travel insurance policy from Avanti Travel Insurance between 23rd January 2025 – 31st January 2025. Customers are automatically entered into the prize draw upon confirmation of a Avanti Travel Insurance policy purchase.
3. Any customer who does not wish to be entered in the promotion may request removal by sending an email to [email protected] giving their name, address and policy reference number.
4. One entry is allowed per person per policy sold. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. Entries received which are not submitted via the official entry method will not be accepted. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access if they enter the Promotion online by any device.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Travel Insurance policies subsequently cancelled by either the customer or Avanti before the date that the winners are selected will be removed from the prize draw.
8. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. The first prize is one holiday up to the value of £5000 fulfilled via a Gift Card from a Tour Operator of Avanti’s choosing. Details will be shared once the prize is offered and accepted by the winner.
10. The winners (and guests) are responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in any Promotional materials or these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to passport, visa, vaccination, travel insurance, transport, meal costs, spending money and all other incidentals.
11. Avanti reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Avanti reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
12. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion: employees and agents of the Promoter, Avanti or other Avanti Group companies; employees and agents of any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including third party promotional partners) and their respective associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies; the immediate families and household members of all such employees.
13. The prize draw is open to entries from 00:01 23rd January 2025 until 23:59 31st January 2025.
14. The winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period by using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
15. The winners will be drawn on 17th February 2025. They will be contacted within the next 5 working days by email and/or phone and will be asked to confirm they’d like to accept the prize. If a winner fails to respond within five working days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
16. The prize details will be supplied via the contact details supplied within five (5) working days of notification and the winners will be required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the details.
17. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
18. If a winner fails to respond to a communication from Avanti within 5 working days, fails to provide contact details for delivery of the prize, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this may result in the prize won being forfeited
19. If a prize is forfeited, Avanti reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, unless otherwise stated.
20. The promoter is not liable for any misfortunes or unforeseen events on holiday.
21. Avanti reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Avanti may also create rules which apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended prize draw rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.
22. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
24. The surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Avanti at the address set out below within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion. February 2025 £5000 Renewal Prize Draw

Refer a Friend

This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem rewards. It does not replace the full terms and conditions of Mention Me.

Referrer Rewards

1. 1. The referrer is offered a £10 Love2Shop gift card for each friend who buys for the first time.
   2. This offer can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
   3. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Avanti and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
   4. There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Avanti customer.
   5. In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
   6. Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Avanti, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit. A referrer may not earn more than 10 within any 24 hour period or 75 within the last 12 months or 1000 GBP of reward value within the last 12 months.
   7. The Referrer will receive a voucher after a referred friend has bought a policy with Avanti, as long as they don’t cancel within 60 days. The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has bought a policy, and when the reward has been earned.
   8. Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
   9. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
   10. Avanti reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
   11. Avanti reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.

Referred Friend Rewards

1. The Referred friend discount is up to 20% off when they buy their first policy.
2. The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the referred friend.
3. Discounts and offers only apply to the base premium of your travel insurance quote and do not apply to any medical screening costs or optional extras, where relevant. 
4. In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Avanti and over the age of 18.
5. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
6. The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
7. Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
