Claims

Any occurrence which may give rise to a claim should be advised as soon as possible to the following by quoting your Policy Number, Travel Insurance Policy Name and reference ESFI-V2.18. Please note that IPP will only accept claims submitted up to six months after the failure. Any claims submitted after the six month period will NOT be processed
Please note cover will not apply if you notify us more than 30 days after the occurrence of any Insurance Event.
