John2 had never used his Avanti Travel Insurance before, but on a trip to the USA in February 2019, he needed emergency medical treatment.
He called the 24-hour medical emergency helpline and was reassured his medical bills would be handled. He was treated straight away.
We took care of the payment, so John could focus on getting better.
Annual Travel Insurance is a great option for frequent travellers, as it can be cheaper than buying a separate single trip policy for each holiday. With an Annual Multi-Trip policy, you can rest assured you’re well protected, leaving the worry at home.

Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance is a useful policy that covers you for several holidays in a year so there’s no need to call us each time you want to go away.
Your policy can start anytime in the next 90 days. But, we always recommend starting your policy as soon as you book your holiday to make sure you’re covered should you have to cancel your trip.
Our policies give you the freedom to travel anywhere in the world (with the exception of any countries the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office or World Health Organisation have advised against all, or all but essential travel).
You should check the FCDO advice for your destination, along with any updates from the WHO before travelling.
Our annual policy offers four options of cover depending on the regions you plan on travelling to:
Region 1 – Europe excluding Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Malta, Morocco, Spain, Turkey and Tunisia.
Region 2 – Europe including Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Malta, Morocco, Spain, Turkey and Tunisia.
Region 3 – Worldwide excluding Bermuda, Canada, the islands of the Caribbean, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Thailand, and the United States of America.
Region 4 – All countries of the world.
Our Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance includes winter sports activities as standard when you choose a Classic or Deluxe travel insurance policy. This means you’ll be covered for winter sports activities for up to 17 days.
