  • How do I tell my friends about Avanti?

    You can share your unique referral link with friends and family on email, WhatsApp or social media. Or just let them know about it over a cuppa, and they can enter your name on the checkout page.

  • My friend told me about your refer a friend discount. How do I get it?

    Online
    It’s really easy. If your friend sent you a refer a friend link, just click on the link and enter your email address.

    You’ll then be sent a discount code to use when you’re buying your policy.

    If they didn’t, visit our website and get a quote for your trip(s). Once you reach the checkout page you’ll be asked if you’ve ‘been referred by a friend?’. Enter your friend’s full name in the box and you’ll be sent a discount code to your email address.

    Please note that you can only redeem your discount when buying your policy online.

  • I entered my friend’s name online but I didn’t receive a discount code. What should I do?

    First of all, please check that your friend has signed up for our refer a friend program, and that you’re using the name they registered with.

    If you’re still having no luck, pop their email address into the box instead.

  • My friend took out a policy. When will I receive my gift card?

    Your gift card will be on its way to you 60 days after your friend buys their first policy with us (just as long as they don’t cancel it).

    We’ll send you an email whenever one of your friends uses your name or unique code to take out a new policy.

    If your gift card hasn’t arrived after 60 days, please read our T&Cs to check that you’re eligible for the reward.

  • How many friends can I refer?

    You can refer as many friends as you like!

    There are some limits on the rewards you can earn though:
    – A maximum of 10 referral rewards in a 24 hour period.
    – A maximum of 75 referral rewards in a 12 month period or maximum of £1,000 of reward value in the last 12 months – whichever comes first.
